Our History
The fleet-genius.com domain was originally home to Fleet Genius Pro, a fleet management software platform developed by Prova Systems & Technologies Inc. of Carbondale, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2010, Fleet Genius Pro offered cloud-based preventive maintenance scheduling, OBD-2 engine diagnostics, and driver behaviour monitoring for small-to-mid-size commercial fleets.
The original Fleet Genius software is no longer in active development. This site is now independently operated as a fleet management knowledge resource — we publish reviews, guides, and best-practice articles to help fleet managers make informed technology decisions.
What We Cover
- Software reviews — honest comparisons of fleet maintenance, telematics, and safety platforms.
- How-to guides — from choosing your first GPS tracker to building an enterprise PM programme.
- Industry analysis — trends in EV fleet management, AI-powered diagnostics, and connected-vehicle data.
- OBD-2 & telematics — technical deep-dives into the hardware and APIs that power modern fleet intelligence.
Editorial Independence
Fleet Genius is not affiliated with any fleet software vendor. Our guides and reviews are based on publicly available information, hands-on testing where possible, and input from working fleet managers. We do not accept payment for product rankings.
